• Payroll partners: Vetted in-country payroll providers operating under data processing agreements.
• HRIS integrations: Where you connect BambooHR, Workday, or other HR systems, limited data is shared in accordance with those platforms' privacy terms.
• Cloud infrastructure: AWS and GCP for hosting; data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

As a global EOR, we transfer personal data internationally. All international transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions where applicable, or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms. We maintain a record of all cross-border data flows.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. Employment and payroll records are typically retained for 7 years post-termination in most jurisdictions. Website usage data is retained for 24 months.
